The Word

We believe the content of the Bible is inspiredby God. We believe the content of the Bible, asoriginally written, is inerrant, which is to say without any falsehood or errorin what it affirms when properly interpreted. We believe the Bible has authority in ourlives and is therefore the basis for all we believe and aguide in all that we do.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the Triune God, who has revealed himself in scripture as God the Father,Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Webelieve each is a unique individual who is coequal and fully God, yet that allthree comprise one God; they each are distinct in activity and personality, butare completely unified in character, essence, and will. We believe Jesus is both fully humanand fully divine, as the Son of God who became flesh, conceived by the virginnamed Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus is the one person who is the perfect image of God theFather and who lived a perfectly pure life.


We believe God provided a single way to reconcile people with him and have eternal spiritual life. We believe Jesus lived a pure life, sacrificially died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins and reconcile us with God, and was resurrected on the third day. We believe that all we are asked to do to receive this gift of salvation is believe in the gospel message about who Jesus is and what he has done for us. Thus, we believe we are saved entirely by grace, through faith. We believe this salvation is eternal and cannot be lost. We believe that by grace,God declares us to be righteous in his sight and the HolySpirit indwells us.

If you are a young woman in grades 1 to 9 you’re invited to join “Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior”. We meet weekly on Sundays from 5:30-7:30 pm at Church of the Open Bible to equip girls to actively and enthusiastically express love for God and others!

CSB: Christian Service Brigade

Wednesdays, 6:15 pm
If you are a young man in grades 6 to 12 you’re invited to join the Christian Service Brigade for action-focused discipleship. We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6:15-8:15 pm at Stillwaters Presbyterian Church, 643 Coatesville Road, in West Grove.
